Request a return

For an online purchase delivered to France, the European Union, Canada or the United Kingdom, you have 14 days after delivery to tell us that you wish to return an item, without giving a reason. Email lahnabouquine@gmail.com with your order number and the items concerned. You then have 14 days to send them back by post; contact us for the return address.

Sale items have the same return conditions. Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised cannot be returned simply because you change your mind. Your statutory rights remain applicable.

Returns are refunded; we do not offer exchanges for a change of mind.

Costs and refunds

The customer pays return postage for a change of mind. You arrange and pay for the return shipment. However, these costs cannot be charged to you if you were not informed of them before placing your order. No restocking fee applies.

When withdrawing from the entire order, your refund includes standard delivery charges, excluding any express delivery supplement you chose.

Refunds are made within 14 days of notification, using the original payment method. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first.

Damage or an incorrect item

Email lahnabouquine@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. If an item is defective, not as described or sent in error, we cover the necessary costs of putting this right, including return postage where required. Your statutory rights remain applicable, including for personalised items.
